Underrated Books I Love So Much #TTT

Hi and welcome to Top Ten Tuesday- a weekly event hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl. Follow this link for more info =)

This week's theme is Books I LOVED with Fewer than 2,000 Ratings on Goodreads aka Books I'd Relentlessly Persuade Everyone to Read. If I could just convince one of you to read any of the books featured, I'd die happy. Lol

Seriously though, please check these books out if you haven't already. I tried to include a diverse list of books so I really think there's one for everyone. Happy reading! =)

Just click on the book covers for more info...

1. The Ryogan Chronicles by Erica Cameron

I first saw Island of Exiles up for request on Netgalley. I love the cover and I was super intrigued with the short description. So I thought why not?

I had no idea what I was in for. I had no idea this would turn out to be one of my most loved trilogies. Anyone looking for a diverse, unique and exciting read, this book is definitely for you! Trust me, you wouldn't want to miss this!

Sea of Strangers
War of Storms

2. Eleanor Ames series by Julie Cross

Ask me to make a list of books I love, and rest assured you'll see this addictive, thrilling duology by Julie Cross.

If you loved Ally Carter's Gallagher Girls series and Jennifer Lynn Barnes' The Fixer, you would absolutely love this! It has all the making of a good YA mystery. And don't even get me started on the romance. Miles and Ellie are too much for my fragile heart and I WISH THERE WAS MORE.

Chasing Truth
Hiding Lies

3. Cruentus Curse duology by Amalie Howard

Love vampires? Forbidden romance? A tortured, lovable male lead? A fierce and kickass heroine? Then, this one's definitely for you!

I read this years ago. But I distinctly remember that the wait between the books was a memorable and excruciatingly long one. It was very much worth it though. (Luckily for you, you wouldn't have to go through that same torture, lol.) Which reminds me, it's definitely time for a re-read!

Bloodspell

4. The Catching Kind (Brew Ha Ha #1) by Caitie Quinn

This is another book I wouldn't have otherwise discovered if not for Netgalley.

I love the fluffy, fun and sweet vibe the cover exudes. Add in my favorite trope of fake relationship and it's no surprise that I ended up LOVING this. Oh and did I mention Hailey, the MC, is an author?! THAT SCENE WITH THE BOOK SIGNING WAS !!!

5. Interference by Kay Honeyman

Interference is my go-to YA contemporary. It has helped me thru countless book slumps. And whenever I'm in the mood for a fun, sweet and heartwarming read, this is what I pick up. It has yet to fail me and I'm sure it will not fail you too.

Interference

6. Tides series by Alex Lidell

One of my most beloved ships come from the Tides books. There's just something about hate to lovers that I love to love. (Anyone with me??)

This is a YA fantasy with an intriguing set of characters, magic, romance, and pirates. Yes, you read that right. PIRATES. Who wouldn't love that?! Now excuse me while I go cry in the corner until the fourth book comes out.

Air and Ash
War and Wind
Sea and Sand

7. Beasts of the Frozen Sun (Frozen Sun Saga #1) by Jill Criswell

Now I know this isn't even out yet. But this book is EVERYTHING to me. I am so obsessed with this fast-paced, action packed and highly captivating YA fantasy. I have sworn to myself to put this book on any list possible. *This is me shoving this brilliant book in everyone's faces.* lol

Btw. It's available for download on Edelweiss+ and you absolutely must not miss this chance! Read it! Go, go, go! <3

Aaand that's it for me! What did you think?

  6. Netgalley is a great way to find those hidden gems. I'm not familiar with any of these though.
