You may have heard of me...

Robin Goodfellow. Puck. Prankster, joker, raven, fool… King Oberon’s right-hand jester from A Midsummer Night’s Dream. The legends are many, but the truth will now be known as never before, as Puck finally tells his own story and faces a threat to the lands of Faery and the human world unlike any before.

With the Iron Queen Meghan Chase and her prince consort, Puck’s longtime rival Ash, and allies old and new by his side, Puck begins a fantastical and dangerous adventure not to be missed or forgotten.

I... have no words to describe fully what I'm feeling. I MISSED this world SO MUCH. The first time I heard about The Iron Raven, I was ECSTATIC. Not surprising considering I have a bottomless love for The Iron Fey books. Julie Kagawa bringing us all back to this amazing world and its lovable, unforgettable characters is probably the best part of my 2020.

I was feeling EVERYTHING while reading this. I was excited and a bit scared but mostly just in awe. Puck, Meghan, Ash, and Grim being back gave me all sorts of nostalgic and happy feels. Meghan and Ash are as swoony as ever- and I didn't know it was possible but I love them even more now! Puck with his antics and penchant for trouble! Grim with his adorable Grim-ness and no-nonsense attitude! The "I am a cat." scene? I almost cried. Honestly? I just want to re-read the entire The Iron Fey series again. With the addition of wonderfully badass and fierce Nyx, this book is a definite must-read for all die-hard fans like myself.

Being privy firsthand to Puck's thoughts was honestly quite an experience. I love getting to know him better because he's so much more than the funny prankster he always seems to be on the outside. Puck was both breaking and melding my heart. I could just hug him. Seeing him with Nyx made me giddy and excited to see what will happen next. And I feel like we barely got to know her? So hopefully the second book would remedy that. I also like the few flashback chapters. I wish we could have seen more of Ash and Puck's past adventures. I have a feeling they'd be so much fun and full of danger and excitement.

I'm so excited to get my hands on book two! I cannot say this enough- I love, love, love being back! My inner fangirl is rejoicing!

I received an ARC from the publisher to read and review.
