I don't know what to tell you. I am so ready to sell my soul to get my hands on the sequel. This book put me through SO MUCH. Give. Me. Book. Two. Now. Please.
Meagan Spooner and Amie Kaufman are the absolute best writing duo there ever was to exist. Hands down. I don't know how they do it. But holy sh*t am I glad that they do.
The Other Side of the Sky is pure magnificence. It isn't even out yet and already it's on top of the list of books I'd most definitely re-read. I would love to fall in love all over again with this world the authors created. North and Nimh are the world's most adorable characters. I just want to hide them away, keep them safe forever and give them the biggest, tightest hug. Nimh especially. I love, love, love her fierceness, loyalty and genuineness. She's an absolute gem! The bindle cat reminds me a lot of Grimalkin (The Iron Fey series) and I'm having some serious nostalgic feels. I think a re-read of one of my favorite series ever is in order!
The Other Side of the Sky not only boasts a beautiful cover, the most slow burn of romances and a well-crafted cast of characters, but an exciting and gripping story as well. Book two is sure to be one heck of a ride! I'm counting down the days 'til I'm back in this world! (Also looking forward to some kissing, lol!)
